InitVerse is a Web3 platform designed to empower developers and communities to build decentralized projects and connect within the broader blockchain ecosystem. With a mission to make Web3 more accessible and collaborative, InitVerse provides tools, education, and opportunities that bridge builders, users, and investors across Indonesia’s rapidly growing crypto scene.The Challenge
Despite rising curiosity around Web3, many Indonesian developers and users lacked exposure to credible, hands-on learning experiences. The challenge was to position InitVerse as a trusted platform for both technical innovation and community growth while translating global blockchain concepts into localized, engaging experiences.Our Approach
ICN collaborated with InitVerse and Coinvestasi to execute a full-scale campaign and event strategy, including:
- End-to-end event management, from venue setup to stage production and registration.
- Integrated content marketing, with pre-event promotions, social media amplification, and community engagement across 38+ Telegram groups.
- Educational activities from keynotes on InitVerse fundamentals to interactive panels and networking sessions connecting developers and miners.
- Gamified participation, with airdrop tasks, NFT giveaways, and a spin-the-wheel reward system to boost engagement.
The Result
- 177 attendees from Indonesia’s Web3, developer, and student communities.
- 422 RSVPs and approved guests in the registration database.
- 154K total Instagram reach, 25.8K Twitter impressions, and widespread Telegram exposure.
Conclusion
